RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All items are FINAL SALE and are EXCHANGE ONLY.
At this time, International shipments are not eligible for exchange.
ELIGIBILITY WINDOW FOR EXCHANGES
To qualify for an exchange, items must be received back to our studio in unworn condition with all tags attached within 30 days of your original order shipment date (as printed on your packing slip).
Simply email us at email@example.com and we'll email you a shipping slip for an easy exchange.
NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE
1. Items received in damaged/worn condition.
2. Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
3. Items past 30 days from ship date on packing slip.
Swimwear: Must be returned with hygienic liner intact. Swimwear received without the hygienic liner is not eligible for exchange and will be returned to the customer.
HOW TO MAKE YOUR EXCHANGE
STEP 1: Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for an RA Number and provide us with your name, phone number, shipping address and the reason for exchange. Please specify for exchange what specific item you would like to exchange for noting size and color.
STEP 2: Print out a shipping label and packing slip that we will email you. Affix the shipping label on a USPS Priority Flat Rate 9.5" x 12.5" padded or flat envelope available for free at all US Post Office locations. This is the same envelope your item was shipped to you in.

Please be aware that giving your package to a US Postal carrier or leaving it in a USPS collection box or your residential mailbox may add additional transit time and cause delays in processing your return.
We'll email you once we process your return or exchange.
Please note: If you choose to pay for your own shipping instead of using the return label ASTERIA provides, we strongly encourage you to insure your package. Please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for any lost or damaged packages which are not shipped with our label.
